Business Need
Charter’s Database Marketing Team has been going thru a major integration effort after the acquisition of Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks in 2016 to become the second-largest cable operator in the U.S., serving more than 25 million customers. This elevated the need to have a more robust marketing and reporting structure that can deliver:
• Consolidation of three distinct company marketing performance results under one reporting system
• A complete Sales Funnel view on each Marketing Tactic from Inbound Calls to Call Center to finalized Product/Service sales
• A Hierarchical Data Structure which will allow for topline performance tracking as well as tactical level result’s reporting
